Kids Hooded Knit Sweater

These adorable sweaters are hand-stitched by artisans in Peru, in the Arpilleria art design. Sweater is made of 100% Wool and Dralon which is a very resistant fabric that doesn't shrink and that allows the garment to look always as new. This blended material is safe and hypo-allergenic for children.

The characters and objects are hand embroidered felt and stuffed with cotton. This "arpilleria" design provides a three-dimensional look - scenes of llamas, sheep, ducks, mountains, Sun, flowers, trees and rain clouds will stimulate your child's imagination! Each sweater design is hand stitched - a time consuming labor of love - and a unique piece of Peru folklore art. How unique!

Peruvian Sweater Dimensions: Three sizes available: S, M, and L. Sweater measurement: length is from shoulder to base, width is from each armpit, and each sweater has a 22" diameter hooded opening.

	Nice thick sweater
	It's thick, warm, the hood stays on and the stitching is really sweet and winsome. Overall I"m happy with the product. Two complaints- the sizing is a bit off, I purchased a 2T thinking that it would be just a bit too long for our 1 year old. The actual size looks more like 3T dimensions. Secondly, this green is darker than it appears in the picture- more like an army/olive green- less sage or mint.

	Children jumper
	Got 2 jumpers, beautiful. On the website says is made from 100% wool, on jumpers 100% acrylic. Not sure now...
